That’s where Sue Yates Personnel comes in.  Experienced and knowledgeable, we help businesses to understand their responsibilities and opportunities with regards to their people and draw on our network of trusted associates to put in place the complete HR solution they need. We support both the business and the employee, firm in our belief that if both sides are performing to their full potential then the business benefits.

Ours is a common sense approach, underpinned by our knowledge of what is possible and what is required. We provide clients with high, medium and low risk HR strategies and we work with our clients to implement their chosen solution.

We offer a nationwide service through successful collaboration with TEAM, the industry body for independent agencies like ours. This enables us to extend our HR, recruitment and coaching services across the country and provide our clients with a single point of contact, saving them valuable time.

Ultimately we are at our most successful when we make ourselves obsolete. There gives us no greater pleasure than to bid farewell to a client, confident that they have the solutions in place to support their business going forward. Although we are only ever a call away if our clients do need us, more often than not they have everything they need, until they are ready to take their company up to the next level of performance.

Sue Yates is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals. She has more than 25 years experience working in business across a range of disciplines, including running and selling a successful recruitment business and has held positions as diverse as President of Solihull Chamber of Commerce, Chair of Solihull Pre BID Board and a school governor.

Sue is an NLP Master Practitioner, an experienced executive business and career coach and believes in the potential of businesses and their people to achieve performance levels way beyond what even they thought might be possibleAdditionally she is a BPS qualified Psychometric Tester with Saville and Holdsworth. A sales and marketing trainer for many years Sue works with both individuals and team to exceed their personal targets and remove limiting beliefs.

Jo is an MCIPD-qualified HR professional with over 15 years experience of working within organisations encompassing a diverse cross section of cultures and industries.
